
All bakery racks are manufactured in 1" square section steel with angle iron runners and fitted with 4" castors.
The bakery racks are of a fully welded construction making them strong and
durable to give maximum life in the most demanding situations.

Exact rack size (if not 30"x18"). Height of rack. Number of runners or space between runners. Back stop if required. Type of wheels (all swivel, nylon or steel). Rotary oven details. Finish - galvanized or natural. Stainless steel racks are also available.
